Global Salesforce Rollout
Served as Data Migration Lead, Cutover Manager, Hypercare Coordinator, and Vendor/Team Lead during the global Salesforce rollout across APAC, China, Americas and Europe. Coordinated closely between internal teams, external consultants, and IT stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions, risk management, and timely delivery for 1,800+ users.
Salesforce Rollout APAC & China
Successfully led the on-time GoLive for 300 users across APAC and China, managing Cutover, GoLive weekend, Hypercare, and handover — despite limited resources.
Global CRM Service Setup
Set up a global Salesforce service desk with Jira, introduced capacity planning, and led the transition to a nearshore support model in Romania and Poland.
Dynamics 365 for Marketing
Delivered the implementation on time and under budget. Included lead management, customer journeys, event management, and system integrations.
Integrated Event Portal
Developed an Angular-based event portal, fully integrated with Dynamics 365 for Marketing and linked via a custom bi-directional interface.
